How do you work with brands and agencies?

Every engagement runs under a signed contract and NDA, with a single dedicated point of contact who owns your case end to end. We scope the work, agree a fixed price and timeline, then work entirely through each platform's official channels.

Is everything kept confidential?

Yes. We sign an NDA before any details are shared, and your case stays private from first message to delivery. We never disclose or name clients without written permission.

Can you handle multiple accounts or our whole portfolio?

Yes, we are built for volume. Agencies and brands managing many accounts get clear per-account pricing, priority turnaround and a single point of contact across the portfolio.

Do you need our logins or passwords?

For most recovery, unban and reinstatement work, no. We operate through official appeal and review channels. Some jobs, such as a handle transfer, need account access; we agree that in writing first and handle it securely under contract.

How is pricing structured?

Per case after a free assessment, or on a retainer for ongoing monitoring and multi-account work. You get a fixed quote up front, with no obligation to proceed.

How fast can you act in an emergency?

Priority cases, like a live takedown or an ad account disabled mid-launch, are picked up immediately. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep your team updated throughout.

Which platforms and account types do you cover?

Instagram, X / Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, Meta / Facebook and YouTube, including Business Manager, advertising accounts, commerce profiles and verified brand accounts.

What if you cannot resolve it?

Every engagement is backed by a money-back guarantee. If we take the case and cannot deliver the outcome we agreed, you are refunded in full.
